Ideally Me is a 7-10 minute long film about Gabrielle, a girl who lives in a fantasy world and dreams of meeting her ideal man, like a prince in a fairytale, and believes she has found this ideal in Danny (he is a perfect guy, "modern prince":good-looking, caring, charming and rich) She is endearing through her sincerity, romanticism and clumsiness. In various ways she attempts to "impress" Danny; to get her 'happy ending', but it does not work, guess why…a prince is gay.

Director of the Casting Department
Responsibilities
• Develop and create a worldwide casting strategy
• Establish and maintain a network of contacts and international relations in order to attain recruitment objectives
• Along with the Communications department, ensure recognition and visibility of all casting activities in the artistic, cultural and professional communities
• Manage the casting team and all research and talent scouting, design research strategies and orientations
• Develop casting schedules for talent search of new creations, replacements of artists etc.
• Establish and manage the casting department budget
• Define salary criteria and other advantages related to artist’s contracts. Lead recruitment negotiations along with the Production Management.
Background
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the live entertainment industry (stage management, talent scout, casting agency)
• English, fluency in French is a major plus
• Willing to travel abroad frequently
• Independent thinker, team player, decisive and passionate
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office environment

BVO is registered as a non-profit and non-government organisation under the
South Australian Associations Incorporation Act.
After working with various NGOs and INGOs we formed BEST Volunteer for a
different purpose.In our past experience, volunteers on placement were
also intrested in trekking, rafting, jungle safaris, sightseeing and more.
Therefore, we formed this organization so volunteers would able to
combine Volunteering and with other activities in our Experience Real
Nepal program. Volunteers can help in the community in one of our
programs
and are also able to participate in trekking, rafting, a jungle safari and
many more Nepali attractions through out VOLUNTEERING..........
This is such a unique opportunity to "Experience Real Nepal" while helping
in the community. You will get the chance to take part in trekking in
the himalayas, white water rafting, a jungle safari at Chitwan National
Park, sightseeing to UNESCO world heritage sites around Nepal and a
two days tour of the birth place of Lord Buddha.
In any of our volunteering programs Even though you will have the chance
to experience the Real Nepal program. For example, you could choose our
teaching program where you will have chance to partcipate in a homestay
and cultural exchange program.You may choose to work in agricultural
fields. You may observe and live in an orphanage home or Buddhist
Monastery or to teach about health, sanitation and environmental issues
and much more...
When you join our programme you dont have to spend any money on
extra activities. In the "Experience Real Nepal" program (trekking,

ask is that you have a genuine desire to help people and are willing to
experience a new culture and lifestyle.

Our programs run throughout the year. You can volunteer from 2 weeks and
